Rentals include use of the historic barn with soaring 38-foot wood ceilings, a charming cottage for the wedding/event party, a beautiful bridal suite and family suite, a warming kitchen, indoor/outdoor spaces, landscaped grounds, tables, and chairs.
Yes! We offer a spacious bridal room as well as a comfortable family suite to give everyone plenty of space to get ready.
Our cottage is available for the wedding party to stay and enjoy before your celebration. We also manage a Vrbo just down the road - reach out for more info.
Yes, we have ample on-site parking for you and your guests.
Our standard rental includes full-day access to the venue, giving you plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and wrap up stress-free. Your rental contract will be from 8am to 11pm.
Yes! We welcome outside catering, florists, planners, and other vendors so you can personalize your day. We also provide a warming kitchen for catering needs.
We provide the essentials—tables and chairs—and you are welcome to bring in décor to match your style.
Alcohol may be served if permitted by law and must be distributed by a licensed bartender or caterer. You'll be responsible for ensuring all permits or licenses are obtained. A mandatory $450 alcohol fee is required. Outside catering is permitted.

Fireworks are not permitted. Our one exception is sparklers - those are ok. Please let us know before the event if you'll be using sparklers so we can provide a bucket for disposal.
